AFPAA's 29th Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfield, California from April 30 to May 2, 2026.
Annual Meeting veterans may recall that the Hilton Garden Inn was where we held our 2011 meeting in Fairfield. So, from excellent banquet facilities and meeting rooms to an outdoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center, we already know that the hotel has everything we'll need for a great Annual Meeting.
Just minutes from our host — Travis AFB — the hotel is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Fairfield's Solano Town Center. For wine enthusiasts, Napa is just 25 miles away, and the up and coming wineries of the Suisun Valley Wine Region even closer. Actually, you'll barely have to leave your room to check out the local vintages — a wine tasting at the hotel is on the schedule for Friday evening.
Got a sweet tooth? The Jelly Belly Factory is only a ten minute drive from the hotel, or you can take advantage of the optional stop our bus will make there when we're returning from our tour of Travis.
For AFPAA members attending the Annual Meeting, the hotel has set aside a block of rooms at the rate of $110 per night for a single or double room (plus taxes and fees). The rate is valid through April 9, 2026 while rooms are available.
To attend the entire meeting, your hotel reservations should be for the nights of April 30, May 1, and May 2. The first function on the schedule will be the Icebreaker on Thursday, April 30, and the last function will be the Banquet on the evening of Saturday, May 2. There are no official activities scheduled for Sunday, May 3.
For those who prefer to arrive early or stay after the meeting’s conclusion, the hotel is offering the same $110 (plus taxes and fees) group rate for three nights before and three nights after the meeting. An AFPAA guest could check-in as early as Monday, April 27, or check-out as late as Wednesday, May 6, and still take advantage of our special group rate.
